We can arrange all the information on your home page in virtually any layout you wish. This includes the number of sales and rentals on the page, as well as their positioning on the page and landscape/portrait layout.

Editable Content Pages

We include up to 50 content pages, of which we will set-up 12, the remaining being available to expand your website as you wish. This will enable you to provide customers with information about your company and services. You can login and edit these pages yourself at any time once we have created them for you. (You can even add extra pages if you get adventurous!)

Search Sales & Rentals

Search results can be displayed in configurations between 5 and 30 per page. Search results generally contain a small photo, description, price and partial address but are configurable based on client needs; allowing for multiple photos, 'in-search' featured properties and more. The search can be configured to reflect your marketplace (prices, sales and rentals) with advanced search options for multi-branch operations. Consideration for specialist search requirements for example UMC (Unique Marketing Category) Executive Homes, Country homes etc. Includes general search by price, location, number of bedrooms, property type.

Applicant Registration Form

Customisable to your requirements including how registration data is distributed between offices or central locations within your organisation.

Valuation Request Form

Again customisable to your requirements, allowing you to qualify in as much detail as you deem necessary prior to utilising your valuable staff resource. These requests can be sent directly to individual offices or to a central location for monitoring of website productivity generation.

Photo Galleries

This component enables you to present a gallery or slide-show of up to 10 full-screen photos per property. These high resolution images present any property in stunning fashion and are by far the most popular section of every agents’ site we create.

Full screen photo galleries are arguably as effective as virtual tours at generating viewing requests but take a fraction of the time, and of course are free-of-charge. Many agents use this facility for showing the neighbourhood, views, street scene as well as the usual interior shots. is compatible with Smart Panorama, iPIX, Apple Quicktime, Black Diamond and various other virtual tours.

Location Maps

Every property has a link to a digital location map showing its exact location on a 1:10,000 scale. This service is advert-sponsored by default and currently free. The presentation can be greatly improved and a more professional feel achieved by the use of 'in-line mapping' (without adverts) whereby the map is inserted within the overall construction of the web page. Aerial photos can be added too. Both 'in-line mapping' and aerial photography require a subscription with an online mapping company such as www.multimap.co.uk . You may also require an additional license should you wish to allow for the printing of maps from your website.

Google Maps

Google Maps is a free web map server application and technology provided by Google that powers many map-based services and which can be used in conjunction with conventional property search results to display your properties on a map, giving another dimension to searching for property; a more tangible overview of location relevance. Whilst the service is currently free, it is believed that you might eventually have to pay Google for the exclusion of 'on the map' advertising at a cost yet to be established. That said, we cannot envisage the cost being so high that is becomes prohibitive for use by non corporate / small to medium businesses either directly or indirectly via resellers. Online mapping is a growth industry drawing the attentions of large international companies such as Microsoft and Google which will mean hopefully good news for our clients as it will keep this market place open, non exclusive and competitively priced.

Mobile Customer

All PRO websites come with accompanying mobile version thus allow your clients with web enabled mobile devices/phones to browse properties via a custom interface designed specifically for the mobile device. Whilst there is little customisation available due to the graphic restricts of such devices this provides increased marketing potential and adds to the distinction between your company and your competitors.

Power Behind the System

The website is powered by our unique Content Management System. Property records can be updated either manually (by logging in over the Internet) or automatically (we synchronise the website with your office software e.g. GMW, Property Pro, Estatecraft etc.)
