Technicweb specialises in the planning and creation of website solutions exclusively for the Estate Agency profession.

Unlike general web design agencies, our directors are ex-estate agents with in-depth knowledge of how your business works every day. We have experienced just about every possible Estate Agency situation (many times over) so our knowledge base is very extensive indeed.

Around half our clients run their businesses using dedicated software packages such as GMW, Encore, CFP etc. into which they add all their listings. Updating their website is then a process of extracting properties from their branch software and uploading it to the site. The other half of our clients update their websites directly through the internet using our Content Management System (CMS). Some of our multi-branch clients use a mixture of systems and our solution extends to taking all the different elements and unifying them into one streamlined website
