Graphic Designer - Full time 

We have a vacancy for a Graphic Designer to join our talented team of web developers. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite essential & advanced training will be given. Educated to degree level or equivalent is required for this opportunity. Experience and some knowledge of web content and design would be a distinct advantage… but NO programming skills (HTML etc) whatsoever required; just design talent!


Back-End Programmers

Must be familiar with Microsoft Platforms (Asp.net, SQL, Visual Studio) and a good lateral thinker to rationalise the best way to achieve a solution. Must have 2:1 in a relevant subject.


Front-End Web Developers

A good working knowledge of raw HTML editing, JavaScript & JQuery is required for these positions and the ability to extract and cut graphics from Adobe PDF and Photoshop files. Adobe After-Effects and a knowledge of responsive design a bonus! Graduates with a 2:1 preferred however we will consider talented self-taught individuals if you can demonstrate ability.


Project Managers

The essential ingredients of good Project Managers include excellent communication skills, the ability to rationalise situations, being hyper-organised, literate, articulate and well presented. High energy levels are also needed to be successful in these roles. Graduates with a 2:1 preferred.


Account Managers

The Account Management role is office-based and involves working with existing clients wishing to make changes to their websites. All client communication is phone-based so you must be articulate and have clear diction. The role involves speaking with clients on a daily basis, establishing & rationalising their requirements then organising the resulting work to be carried out by liaising with our Development Manager who then assigns the work to our in-house Development Team. Experience preferred but not imperative.


Business Development Manager (BDM)

The role of a BDC is to help our clients get the best from their web presence so they get the best possible return on their investment. You must be knowledgeable about Websites, Social Media & SEO as well as a having a good understanding of marketing to help clients promote their services to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Over 70% of our clients are in London and you will be visiting them in person every few months to keep them updated with new ideas & technologies. Full, clean driving licence required as role also includes visits to clients elsewhere in the UK.
