What is an EstateWeb© Pro Website?

The EstateWeb© PRO is a professional, ready-made web design that can be branded in your company colours for a fast high-quality website. Each design is created by Technicweb’s in-house Graphics team then ‘personalised’ by the team into your company’s own branding and built on our industry-leading Search Engine Optimised platform.

How Does this Differ from the Classic Website?

The EstateWeb© CLASSIC only has one layout (no choice of designs) and each CLASSIC website is created by a web technician without any involvement from a graphic designer. No visuals are shown with a CLASSIC website.

Can the Layouts of any Pro Websites be Modified?

Unfortunately not! We are unable to mix and match layouts or components of different templates – in other words each model is stand-alone and cannot be ‘crossed’ with any other model. Clients requiring a ‘bespoke’ design will need to opt for an EstateWeb© BESPOKE website which is built from scratch to your personal requirements. Prices start at £5000.00 plus VAT for BESPOKE websites.

Database Integration Option

Please note: If your company uses estate agency software such as Vebra, Encore, GMW, Property Pro, DezRez etc. we are able to synchronise your own database with the website using our EstateWeb© BRIDGE software. We charge a nominal set up fee (£250.00 plus VAT per database) and a monthly fee of £25.00 plus VAT per branch database
