EstateWeb New Homes Module
Marketing entire developments through your
website

Whole developments or individual units?
Many of our clients are instructed to sell new homes and
we can accommodate this within the website however
there are two ways in which new homes can be marketed:
a) The Development as a ‘whole’ (E.g.” The Dells….a
selection of 1-4 bedroom properties ranging from £185,000 to £650,000”) OR…
b) Individual UNITS within the development (E.G. “Unit 43, The Dells…a two bedroom terraced property in a mews location at £275,000)
For agents regularly instructed on New Developments we need to accommodate BOTH of the above scenarios so that they have individual units in the main residential search PLUS a separate section on the site to promote the actual DEVELOPMENTS themselves.
New Homes database would typically include: -
- Multiple images
- PDF version of developer’s brochure of that site
- Map link
- Flooplans
- Availability & Price list (lower section in Figure 2)

EstateWeb Commercial Module
Commercial properties have different fields to residential
and the EstateWeb Commercial module is provided to
assist commercial agents and departments to present
commercial property correctly. Commercial databases
include different fields to residential such as Gross Sq Ft,
Eaves Height, Yeild, Lease/Licence terms and the Com-
mercial module accommodates this for correct website
display.
EstateWeb Open House Module
Many agents promote properties using the “Open
House” system that is very popular in the USA. The
EstateWeb Open House module enables agents to ‘tag’
properties so that they appear on the home page of their
website announcing the Open House day or weekend.
The system also enables the inputting of the Open House
date that is then displayed on the website. As soon as
Open House day is finished they can be immediately
“switched off” from the website
EstateWeb Bridge
Extracting data and photos from your local Estate
Agency software and sending it to your website

If you run your business using any of the major Estate
Agency software package (E.g. Vebra, CFP, DezRez, RT,
Gemini, GMW etc), the process of updating your website
can be fully automated using our EstateWeb© Web
BRIDGE Synchronization Software which is unique to
Technicweb. EstateWeb© BRIDGE is software that we install on your local branch ‘server’ and its purpose is to monitor your database activity minute by minute, looking for changes. As soon as any change is detected (e.g. price, description, photo, property withdrawn, new instruction, anything!) the changed data is uploaded to your website automatically.
No manual intervention is required on your part – the process is entirely automatic. This means that updates are never forgotten and no staff time is taken up dealing with the website.

items as well as present. Very easy to use, you can add
articles (“Blogs”) to the website in minutes. The EstateWeb© BRIDGE currently works with the following Estate Agency software packages: -
EstateWeb Auctions Module
Our EstateWeb Auctions module enables Estate Agents
to systematically manage the Auctions section of their
website in a database, making the entire process very
easy! Whether you auction Property, Land, Chattels or
Livestock the module enables the easy adding of prod-
ucts, upcoming dates, past auction results, Lots
brochure and much more
EstateWeb Overseas Property Module
Non UK properties tend to be different from UK ones in
that other countries are often divided into regions as
opposed to counties and the property ‘types’ are often
very different to normal UK residential (E.g. Beachfront,
Mountain Views, Villa, Cabana etc.). Further there
a other idiosyncrasies pertaining just to Overseas property so we
have created a separate database so agents can present
them properly as opposed to trying to squeeze them into
to the UK property model.
