EstateWeb© can automatically upload all your properties to all the major portals every night. These include RightMove, Prime Location, Asserta, Property Finder, Fish4, NAEA Property Live and many more. The EstateWeb© database is designed to accommodate the differences between all the portals so that the searches all work properly on their sites. Please note that the
property portal uploads service is chargeable separately.
Already Running Estate Agency Software?
Agents using Estate Agency software packages do not need to duplicate work; typing in details to EstateWeb. We have written
special uploaders for all the major software packages that perform this function for you; every minute of the day! – Just add a property to your office system and it is on your website in minutes! We currently support Reapit, GMW (both versions), CFP WinMan & WinEstate, Property Pro, Encore, Vebra Solex, Vebra EstateCraft, DezRez and Gemini.
Why Do I Need EstateWeb?
Most software applications ‘force’ agents into having identical layouts to everyone else, so if a competitor in your town is using the same software as you, their property presentations will look almost identical bar a few colour changes. With EstateWeb© all the raw data and photos are imported into your own web database which can then be presented on your website however you want it. For example, the uploader software grabs the photos from your server at full quality so that they can be shown on your website full-screen with perfect clarity.

Uploading Properties
See all your properties in a list which can be ‘filtered’ to show you only available properties or SSTC or if you want you can quick search (top right) by address (E.g. Fordwich hill)
Create Full Details
Just like using Microsoft Word, you can create full professional looking particulars on your website in minutes. Just type them (or cut & paste). Text formatting can be controlled just like MS Word too (colour, underline, font, italic etc)
Manage Photos Easily
Our own photo management system takes all the hassle out of photo management – Just browse for a photo on your hard drive, network or Digital Camera and click the upload button. You can add up to 20 images per property (maximum resolution 1280 x 1024). Once uploaded, EstateWeb© takes care of all resizing throughout your website (thumbnail images in search results etc.)
Manage Your Content Pages
Apart from properties & photos, most agents have other pages on their website explaining about their services. These might include information for vendors about your affiliations (NAEA, ARLA) and other pages promoting your company. EstateWeb© gives you full editing control over these pages – it even enables you to add new pages in a click! Again, all in a very easy to use system…
Vendors & Applicants
Add a Vendor to each property and store contact details such as phone numbers, email, viewing arrangements. Add applicants either through the website or directly through the CMS (Content Mananement System) iteslf.
Matching & Emailing
Add a property then run a 'Match' to find all suitable applicants then email the details to all of them in a few clicks. VERY easy to use. Do the same in reverse; add an applicant then run a match to find suitable properties. System logs all matches and emails sent.
Diary & Viewing Book
A diary system is built in where you can add normal diary entries such as inspections and accompanies viewings but the system will also allow you to log viewings against both the applicant and the property.
Keybook
Use EstateWeb© CMS to store the tag numbers of your keys on each property.
