Content Management
Every website we create includes a content management system (CMS) enabling our clients’ employees to easily create, edit, manage, and publish website content in a consistently organized fashion. This will often include data, web page copy, image media, audio files, video files, PDF documents, news blogs and anything else our clients wish to control themselves.

Search Engine ‘Meta’ Data
Having high quality content on a website is important but equally as important is making that content visible to the search engines such as Google, AltaVista, Yahoo and so-on. Our CMS includes control over the ‘metadata’ which are the text descriptions used by some search engines to determine page relevance. Further, the ‘meta description’ field in the CMS enables our clients to control the ‘summary’ paragraph that appears with their Google listing. See example Google listing below.

Using our CMS you will be able to control the Meta Title, Meta keywords & Meta description of every content page of your website in an easy-to use interface. This is also helpful while carrying out Search Engine Optimisation of your site

Creating Articles & Content
Technicweb’s CMS has an easy to use interface which lets non technical people create articles and work with content quickly and easily just like working with well known word processing packages.
Some of the features of handling content include:

Access Rights
Many of our clients have different access rights for different staff members so they can control who can edit what. Each user has a unique log-on & password and the system keeps a history log of everyone’s activity in the CMS.
