Strettons are a multi-departmental practise providing Property Auctions, Commercial & Residential Estate Agency and Professional Services. With the company providing such a broad range of services to their customers’ they required a dynamic and creative website solution.

This solution included creation of a very comprehensive web-based Auctions Management System which also facilitated Auctions portal feeds and Auction ‘Watch’ so interested bidders can watch Auction lots for changes. Data from Vebra EstateCraft and Alcium Property Pilot (Commercial software) was integrated using our proprietary Estateweb© BRIDGE application

Pedder property are a leading family-owned and run estate agency and property services company covering south east London, with offices located in Dulwich Village, Crystal Palace, East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Herne Hill and Park Hill, Pedder Property were looking for a creative solution to showcase Residential Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Overseas properties as well as presenting the company professionally.

The site data was fully integrated with Pedder Property’s existing Vebra EstateCraft software via our proprietary Estateweb© BRIDGE application. Combining this with TechnicWeb’s experience allowed optimised integration and a more efficient system. The development of the different areas within the site clearly allows customers to easily browse and locate the individual services and properties of interest to them.

The website is integrated with Vebra EstateCraft, and the sites homepage has a very modern feel with the use of lines and boxes to separate sections clearly.

Award-winning, independent estate agents, Putterills needed a website that reflected the depth of their services and their established reputation. TECHNICWEB© incorporated Putterills distinctive branding with a stylish, clean design that allows customers to easily navigate to the areas of information they require.

The site combines a wide range of property marketing tools such as, Customer Registration, comprehensive Search Listings and Full Property Details, as well as a Full-Screen slide shows and Google Street View. The Putterills site is not only full of features that attract customers, but it is also designed for staff to update content quickly and easily using the powerful web-based EstateWeb© Content Management System. The EstateWeb© Bridge application integrated the existing VebraLive and CFP Winman software for optimised functionality of the site. Combining this with the EstateWeb© CIP Property Alerts system and the dynamic Property Search feature on the home page, now allows Putterills to automatically email property updates directly to customers. The further incorporation of an iPhone App allows staff and customers to access property and office information on the move!

Hayes sales and lettings located in Ledbury, Herefordshire specialise in the sale of Luxury and equestrian property. Their homepage is a fantastic example of our bespoke work as it very much stands out from the crowd, using a very large version of the logo alongside beautiful pictures of the local area in a flash sequence. The website is also integrated with EncoreLive.

Coopers is an independently ran estate agency with offices in both Hemel Hempstead and Watford, their homepage is very easy on the eye and contains links to pages containing all of the necessary details any prospective buyer or vendor would require. As well as minimum and maximum price ranges with the option to specify the location you are interested in. The site was integrated with CFP via EstateWeb© Bridge.

New Bristol-based lettings agency required a cutting edge website to reflect their modern branding. Site was created with the Estateweb© CIP Property Alerts system integrated into the search which is powered by content uploaded through our web-based Estateweb Content Management Software.

PDF Property Details are created dynamically using data & images contained within the CMS. The site also has a ‘publications’ area containing factsheets, newsletter and articles in PDF format which can be uploaded using the CMS

Hodsons are solicitors as well as Estate Agents, which gives people the comfort of having their sale and conveyancing looked after under one roof. The company has four branches, with the lettings head office and one other located in Abingdon, and the remaining two in Didcot and Wantage. All of which are in the idyllic county of Oxfordshire. For this particular site we had to integrate with both T.E.A.M software and Gemini, while on site changes are managed using the robust and efficient EstateWeb© Bridge.

Lynch & Company required us to integrate the website with Vebra Solex, and has a very informative homepage including property search, the opportunity to sign up to e-mail alerts, full navigational options, property news updated regularly and also links to three featured properties (full details). The company has offices in Woking, Horsell, Ripley and Mayfair, and was founded in 1995 by Mr Lynch, with the first office located in Horsell.

Very go-ahead start-up agency based in South Woodford. Required a cutting-edge website with features not found on any competitors’ sites. This included Video announcement on the home page and full-screen (Literally) slide-shows of properties. Integrated Vebra EstateCraft & CFP WinMan software into the website.

House Builders with Head Office in Reigate Surrey. Required a website to showcase the variety of project in which they have been involved. Current, Past & Future developments sections plus a Gallery showing internal finishing.

As the Company name suggests Edinburgh apartments conduct their business in the city of Edinburgh, and was established in 1995. They deal with holiday accommodation, long term rental accommodation and also properties for sale. There was no integration required for this project so the website is completely managed using the functionality of EstateWeb© Content management system, which also includes matching and mailing properties to people.

Seymours were another project where it was necessary to integrate with two software packages (RPS Reap-it and Eurolink). The company itself has been operational since 1992 and now has 8 branches located in villages and towns within West Surrey. The design of the homepage is completely based around the use of images, as there is a flash movie taking up most of the page. Although full navigational options at the bottom and property search criteria to the right still give the page full functionality while managing to be very visual.

Charterhouse Management was established in 1999, and has been dealing with rental property in Lincoln ever since. This is another website that runs entirely using EstateWeb© Content Management system. The homepage has built in keyword search, a short description about the company and also a flash movie showing two different images at any given time.
